We are excited to announce our 2026 GRO Development Camp  Taking Place on June 13th and 14th at the Round Rock Sports Center in 2400 Chisholm Trail Rd Austin, Round Rock, TX 78681, USA. Experience officials will be serving as instructors. This is a great opportunity to receive high-level feedback and sharpen your craft.

  • Camp is limited to approximately 100 officials.
  • When capacity is reached a waitlist will be created.
  • If a registered official withdrawals, the waitlisted officials would be notified in order of registration.
  • Please note – all payments are final!

    Submit $300 GRO Developmental Camp Fee Payment:*

    * $300 Payment is non-refundable. GRO understands emergencies happen. If unable to attend camp, a one-time credit for 2026 will be applied to 2027 GRO camp.

    ** Participation in 2026 GRO Camp is 100% voluntary and camper assumes all liabilities and costs.

    *** Camper agrees to indemnifying GRO and GRO Staff from potential injuries and damages that may occur and all liabilities related to attending GRO Camp.

    2. Payment is received

    Jennifer White

    Referee | Coach | Player

    Jennifer White brings a lifetime of basketball experience to Game Ready Officiating. As a competitive basketball player and coach, she understands the game from every angle.

    Jennifer is dedicated to training and educating basketball officials with a practical, common-sense approach. Her programs focus on building confidence, mastering the rules, refining positioning and mechanics, and developing strong situational awareness on the court.

    With a passion for helping officials succeed, Jennifer emphasizes hands-on learning and real-game scenarios to ensure each official feels prepared and capable in every game situation. Her approach not only improves skill but also instills the professionalism and decision- making confidence needed to excel in basketball officiating at all levels.

    Jennifer’s mission is simple:
    To equip officials with the tools, knowledge, and confidence to officiate at their best- every game, every call!

    She previously served as a college assistant coach at Louisiana Tech and the University of Texas, and later as the Head Coach at St. Edward’s University before beginning her career in officiating. From 2003–2021, she co-owned Ironsmith – The Fitness Doctors, a sports performance, strength training and conditioning company specializing in basketball movement skills, functional strength, and real-game application for athletes nationwide.

    A player, coach, and longtime basketball official, she began her journey in the game as a player at Louisiana Tech, where she was part of two National Championship teams.

    She stayed at Louisiana Tech after her playing career to become an assistant coach and helped Lady Techsters capture another National.
